The Mobile Companion App was developed to add enhanced functionality and features to MotionMD.
The first feature will allow for improved multi-page document uploads to Patient Agreements. The Companion App can only be used on iOS mobile devices (iPad & iPhone) at this time.
iPad Instructions
There is no need to download the Companion App from the App Store from the iPad. A prompt will show to download the App the first time the Companion App button is selected under Attachments.
On Patient Agreement (PA) page, under Attachments section click > Add button
After clicking Download Companion App a box will appear to download the App. After download is complete go back and tap the QR code a prompt might appear to allow the browser to open the Companion App > click Open. When the Companion App opens allow it to access the Camera.
iPhone Instructions
Go to App Store > search for MotionMD Companion > Click Get
On Patient Agreement (PA) page on laptop/computer, under Attachments section click > Add button
After receiving Success! screen on iPhone the Patient Agreement on computer will automatically refresh and the attachment can be viewed. At that point any additional attachments created and new QR code scanned.
