Follow the process below to process a Money Order payment in MotionMD:
Create MotionMD PA as usual
Patient pays via Money Order
In the notes section of the PA you will write the following and check the patient visible box:
Patient Paid TOS or EPR of $XX with money order #
- Submit PA to OfficeCare billing in MotionMD once completed as usual
- Mail the money order and copy of the PA to the following address:
