A VenaGo device is available to add on a Patient Agreement and submit electronically to billing. To begin, Create the Patient Agreement following the standard process, reference New PA Guide as needed.

Reimbursment Guidelines DJO Billing:
DJO will only allow claims to be submitted to the following payers when listed as the primary insurance:
- All Worker’s Compensation claims
- All Auto Insurances claims
- Anthem OH Non-HMO
- BCBS MA Non-HMO
- Blue Cross Federal
- Kaiser GA
All other insurances (including the above when listed as secondary) will be considered as Self-Pay/Direct Purchase. Utilize the Pay Now option under Self-Pay to process the payment in MotionMD.
NOTE: On a Direct Purchase, the payment price may need to be manually updated
Submit Claim to Billing:
Complete all billing requirements on Patient Agreement and Submit to Billing. The PA status will update to Received.
