This deployment may include new features, bug/defect fixes, security enhancements, and data migration related issues. The below list contains all the items that will go to Production on 5/23/2018.
[New Feature] New “Alert/Warning” System: active alerts are a set of established rules that are based on 3 key areas; compliance, clean claims and best practices. If one of these rules is broken during the completion of a Patient Agreement, the system will show a warning and provide a description so the User can take action.
The first alert being implemented is the Verbal Prescription checkbox. If it is not checked before a product is added to the Patient Agreement an alert will appear letting the User know it is not checked.
[Enhancement] Box Integration: create integrations with shared folders and a third party system
[Enhancement] create filters that would allow Users who have access to a verification workflow to filter on different statuses to see these PA’s
[Update] Add HCPCS code K0903 to the database
[Bug] Clear signature box for physician if an update to new physician occurs
