- [BugFix] Notes can be added to Restocks again and they also display on the Restock PDF
- [Feature] Apply a high contrast conversion to image files attached to a Patient Agreement. Billing Doc package will be converted to high contrast black and white images for clarity
- [Maintenance] Upgrade Ruby on Rails to version 4.2.5
- [Grieving] Remove the EMPI logo from the home page
