Complete the following steps to transfer inventory between OfficeCare inventory locations:
On the top menu bar, click on the Inventory > Inventory Locations > Select Inventory location to Transfer Product From
Once under the Inventory Location where you are Transferring the Product Out, Go to the Stock by Item tab
Click Add to Transfer button > Increase Quantity to Transfer > Click Blue Add to Transfer button in pop up. If additional products need to be transferred repeat steps until all items needing transferred have been added.
NOTE: If there is no On-hand quantity the Add to Transfer button will not display
Once products are selected and the Add to Transfer completed the system displays the Inventory Transfer screen at the top of the Inventory Location page. In the Transfer To field, select the inventory location where the product will be transferred to
Click the Complete the Transfer button. The system automatically decrements or increments on-hand levels of the item(s) within each inventory location in MotionMD
- No check-in is required at the receiving location
- Transfer to an inventory location will automatically create a stock record if it did not exist previously, however, the stock record set-up will need to be completed by the Customer Success Team via HELP ticket
- All inventory transfers between inventory locations in MotionMD will automatically be submitted to OC Logistics at the end of each business day so they can complete the transfer in Oracle.
